
So this is what a plateau looks like.
And I’m on one.
And this is where I get stuck every time I try to lose weight.
But I am going to work so hard to get past it this time. I really, really want this.
Things are changing for me in so many ways, physically. But I am struggling right now with being really hungry. I don’t know if it’s because I’m more active or what. But I’m finding myself weakening in areas I need to be strong.
My doctor put me on 5000 i.c.u of Vitamin D. She said that might be what’s making me tired.
I don’t know. I felt sooo drained today. I couldn’t even make myself exercise. I just feel kind of blah.
Any suggestions? How do you get past a plateau? I’m all ears! I need help. Can you help me?
