I really am still doing this!
I’ve lost 48 pounds! Nearly five months later, and I’m still working on it.
Of course, I still have 127 pounds to go.
Just had to tell you all about it, because tumblr people are the ones who inspired me to try again in the first place.
I am now using an app on my iPhone that helps me keep track of what I eat. I have a daily budget of calories and carbs and I rarely go over my limit.
Exercise is still very hard for me. But I do it three times a week.
The next thing I need to work on: getting enough sleep.
