My plan for the Easter Weekend

I am planning a low-carb menu for the Holiday. It will do everyone good. My husband is loosing weight with me. He has lost 32 pounds! Which isn’t fair because I’ve been working on this since November and he’s been working on it since two months ago.

I’m going to teach myself how to make a low-carb cheesecake. I’m also planning on making deviled eggs, a meat dish and some salads. I don’t live where I have access to fancy food ingredients, so I have to keep it simple.

Any suggestions?
