I Wish I liked Vegetables

1.  I don’t like cooked spinach.  Really, any cooked greens.  I know that there are a lot of people talking about Kale and how good it is, but to be honest, I’m terrified of it.

2.  I don’t like asparagus.  I have not tried it and I will not.

3.  I don’t like cooked cauliflower.  I will eat it raw, same as spinach.  But no way will I eat it cooked.

4.  I don’t like Brussel sprouts.  I have never tried them and have no desire to.  I will eat cooked cabbage.  Do they taste like cabbage?

5.  Come to think of it, I don’t like cooked veggies of any kind except for green beans.  I do like corn and peas but those technically are grains and not veggies.

About the only way I like raw veggies is with something to dip them in.

So, apparently, this is how I got so fat.
